Creator Program Terms

Dench will pay $50 USD by bank transfer for an approved public social media post promoting Dench. Approval is at Dench's sole discretion. Submission does not guarantee approval, and approval does not guarantee payment if you fail to provide the required information or violate any of these Terms.

You must be:

• 18 years of age or older
• The owner of a bank account in your name capable of receiving an international bank transfer in your country
• The owner of the social media account used to post
• The original author of the post (no resharing, quote-RTs, or reposting of someone else's post about Dench)

When reviewing applications, Dench may consider:

• Your follower count
• Whether your account appears authentic and active
• The age and quality of your account

Your post must:

• Be public and accessible without login
• Mention Dench positively and accurately
• Include a link to dench.com or a clear textual mention of "Dench"
• Remain publicly accessible (don't delete it later)

Each person is eligible for one payout under this program, ever. Multiple submissions from the same person, household, or bank account will be rejected. Attempting to circumvent this limit through alternative emails, accounts, or payment routes is a violation of these Terms and may result in your placement on a permanent block list.

Approved applications are subject to a 7-day review hold to verify the post remains live. If the post is deleted or made private during the hold, your application will be rejected and no payment will be sent.

To receive payment, you will reply by email with your bank account details after your application is approved. Payment is sent by bank transfer within 7 days of receiving valid bank information. The exact rail used (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, wire, etc.) depends on your country and bank. Bank account information must match the account holder's name exactly. Dench is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect information you provide, nor for any intermediary-bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your bank or its correspondents.

We do not store your bank information in our application database. You will provide it via email to creators@dench.com after your application is approved, and Dench will use it solely to send a one-time payment for the $50 promotional payout.

By providing your bank account information, you authorize Dench to initiate a one-time credit to that account.

You grant Dench a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, repost, quote, screenshot, and use your submitted post, your name, and your social media handle in Dench marketing materials across any medium. You retain ownership of your content. This license survives any termination of these Terms or the Creator Program.

You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on payments received through this program in your country of residence. If applicable law in your country requires Dench to collect tax information from you in order to make this payment, Dench may request that information before sending payment.

Participation in this program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, contractor, or fiduciary relationship between you and Dench. You are a one-time promotional participant and not entitled to any benefits, withholding, or other obligations associated with employment.

Dench may, in its sole discretion:

• Reject any application for any reason or no reason, with or without notification
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Creator Program at any time
• Refuse payment or recover payment if you violate any of these Terms, including (without limitation) deleting your post, or providing false information
• Maintain a block list of individuals, email addresses, IP addresses, and social media handles ineligible for the program

You represent and warrant that all information you provide in your application and any subsequent communications is accurate, complete, and truthful. False, misleading, or impersonating information voids your application and any payment that would otherwise be due, and may result in placement on the block list.

Your post must not:

• Be defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise unlawful
• Misrepresent Dench's product, pricing, or capabilities
• Violate the terms of service of the platform you posted on
• Contain hate speech, sexually explicit material, content that sexualizes minors, or graphic violence
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights

The Creator Program is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dench's total liability arising out of or related to the program is limited to the amount actually paid to you under the program (which is at most $50).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the program or these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You waive any objection to that venue based on inconvenient forum.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dench regarding the Creator Program and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on the subject. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
