Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes conduct and content that are not allowed when using Dench. It applies to everyone who uses the Services, including Authorized Users and AI agents acting at your direction, and it is incorporated into the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your users' and your agents' compliance.

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or the rights of others.
• Access accounts, systems, data, or networks without authorization, or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
• Send spam or unlawful, deceptive, or abusive outreach, or violate messaging, email, or telemarketing laws.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from third parties without authorization or in violation of their terms.
• Circumvent payment obligations, usage limits, rate limits, security controls, or account restrictions.
• Share credentials or API keys in ways that expose the Services to unauthorized use, or resell the Services without authorization.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or models, except to the extent expressly permitted by law or an open-source license.

You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or hateful, or that incites violence.
• Is sexually explicit, or that sexualizes or exploits minors in any way.
• Contains malware, exploits, or other harmful code.
• Promotes fraud, scams, or deceptive practices, or impersonates a person or organization.

AI agents and automations act at your direction and under your control. When you use them, you must:

• Only authorize agents to access data, systems, accounts, or environments that you are entitled to access and to act on.
• Ensure that messages, emails, and other communications an agent sends on your behalf comply with law and the recipient platform's terms, including consent and opt-out requirements.
• Not use agents to impersonate others, to engage in unauthorized automated access, or to evade rate limits or anti-abuse measures of third-party services.
• Maintain appropriate human oversight, especially for actions that create, send, modify, or delete data.

As stated in the Terms of Service, you are solely responsible for actions performed by an AI agent as if you had performed them yourself.

The Services are not designed for use as the sole basis for legal, financial, employment, healthcare, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions, and are not intended for storing or processing highly regulated data (for example, protected health information or full payment card data) unless agreed in writing. Do not use the Services where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental or property damage.

You may not interfere with the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services, including by probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without authorization, overwhelming infrastructure, or disrupting other users. To report a vulnerability, contact security@dench.com.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate access, with or without notice, to protect the Services, our users, or third parties, or to comply with law. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination. Our enforcement decisions do not limit our other rights or remedies.

To report content or conduct that may violate this Policy, contact abuse@dench.com. We may update this Policy from time to time and will update the effective date above when we do.
